Creative is responsible for overseeing and leading the creative vision and strategy for the company. This includes developing and executing innovative and impactful creative solutions that meet business objectives, drive brand awareness, and engage audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
● Build and Develop creative ideas and content
● Develop and implement the creative vision and strategy for the company
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agency
partners, and vendors
● Stay current with industry trends and bring new, innovative ideas to the company
● Strong analytical, planning, and project management
● Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing creative team
● Minimum 3 years experience in handling creative project or ideas
Required Skills
● Scriptwriting
● Copywriting
● Art Direction
● Video Production
● Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
● Excellent problem-solving skills
