Creative Group Head

Job Description:

  1. Lead and oversee four creative-related departments to ensure strong collaboration and alignment.
  2. Set clear creative direction, priorities, quality standards, and ways of working across teams.
  3. Guide department heads, team leads, and senior team members without micromanaging.
  4. Monitor team performance, workload, project progress, and overall delivery.
  5. Ensure creative projects, content, and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  6. Review key creative concepts and provide clear, practical, and constructive feedback.
  7. Work closely with Account, Sales, Project Management, and other teams to align creative execution with business and client needs.
  8. Resolve cross-department issues, manage priorities, and make decisions under tight deadlines.
  9. Build effective creative workflows and systems that support consistent quality and team growth.
  10. Report creative performance, challenges and improvement plans to management.

Requirements:

  1. 6-8+ years of experience in a media company, digital agency, creative agency, or content-focused environment.
  2. At least 3-4 years of experience leading team leads, senior team members, or multiple departments.
  3. Strong leadership skills, including delegation, coaching, decision-making, performance management and conflict resolution.
  4. Proven ability to align different teams toward shared goals, priorities and quality standards.
  5. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content, including trends, formats and performance.
  6. Good knowledge of content planning, video production, editing workflows and realistic delivery timelines.
  7. Experience building scalable creative systems and workflows, not only one-off campaigns.
  8. Calm, structured, and decisive when handling pressure, changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  9. Able to balance creative quality, business needs, team capacity and project timelines.
  10. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with management, clients and cross-functional teams.
