Creative Director – Fashion Industry
Job Description
* Define and execute the brand’s creative vision, ensuring consistency across all products, campaigns, and communication channels.
* Lead the development of seasonal collections, including concept creation, trend forecasting, color direction, materials, and storytelling.
* Oversee all creative projects, including photoshoots, videos, lookbooks, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Direct and mentor the creative team while managing project timelines, quality, and budgets.
* Research global fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitors to drive innovation and maintain market relevance.
* Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand identity and business objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, including at least 3 years in a Creative Director or similar leadership role.
* Proven experience in fashion branding, campaign development, collection planning, and creative direction.
* Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, branding, visual merchandising, and digital marketing.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with AI creative tools is an advantage.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating successful fashion campaigns, branding, and creative projects.
* Creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and brand development.
