Job description for Creative Director at Rosé All Day

Job Description:

Translate brand briefs into strong visual concepts for campaigns and product launches.
Develop key visuals, moodboards, look decks, and creative storylines.
Lead art direction for photo/video shoots and ensure consistent brand aesthetics.
Oversee production quality from pre-production to final output (retouch, layout, color).
Collaborate across teams to maintain visual standards.
Stay updated with beauty and design trends to bring fresh creative ideas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design or related field.
3–6 years experience as Art Director/Senior Designer (beauty, fashion, lifestyle preferred).
Strong portfolio in beauty/editorial visual storytelling.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willing to work from the office and attend production/shoot days.
