We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead Creative with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creative direction across brand, campaigns, and content.
* Develop strong creative concepts and visual directions.
* Lead and collaborate with the creative team from concept to execution.
* Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual standard across all brand output.
* Oversee photoshoots, styling, social media content, and creative productions.
* Review and guide creative work to ensure it aligns with the brand vision.
* Work closely with management to develop and execute creative ideas.
Requirements
* **7+ years of experience** in creative, art direction, branding, fashion, lifestyle, design, or a related field.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent taste and visual direction.
* Experience leading creative projects or a creative team.
* Excellent eye for aesthetics, composition, styling, and visual storytelling.
* Strong understanding of branding and content creation.
* Strong communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
* Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
