Responsibilities
- Provide overall creative direction and strategy based on each brand’s objectives, target audience, and project needs.
- Generate and develop creative ideas and content concepts that are relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s direction.
- Stay up to date with the latest content trends, digital platforms, and audience behavior to ensure content strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Analyze content performance and turn insights into actionable improvements for future content and creative strategies.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team throughout the content development and execution process.
- Review and ensure all content outputs align with the established creative direction, project objectives, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project needs and develop effective creative strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Creative, Content, Content Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong experience in developing creative concepts, content strategies, and creative direction.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of 10+ people.
- Able to work in a target-oriented environment and manage expectations from both clients and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of content trends, social media, and audience behavior across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Able to analyze content performance and turn insights into effective content strategies and improvements.
- Strong creative thinking, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to provide clear direction and collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders.
- A relevant portfolio showcasing previous creative or content-related work is preferred.
- Experience working in a creative agency is a plus.
