Job description for Creative Digital Content Specialist at Bebica Skincare

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Mengulik dan menerjemahkan nilai-nilai brand ke dalam visual dan bahasa konten yang relevan dengan audiens masa kini;
Eksekusi konten yang relevan dengan brand;
Bertanggung jawab atas proses pra-produksi (ide/naskah), produksi, hingga pasca-produksi (editing) untuk konten media sosial;
Mengembangkan strategi spesifik demi meningkatkan jangkauan organik;

Kualifikasi :

Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang ekosistem TikTok, Reels, dan media sosial lainnya;
Mampu berpikir out-of-the-box dan memiliki selera visual yang modern, estetik, serta komunikatif;
Mampu membaca insight/analytics untuk menentukan strategi konten selanjutnya;

WAJIB :

Portfolio: Memiliki portofolio yang menunjukkan hasil kerja kreatif (lampirkan link akun media sosial yang pernah dikelola atau hasil konten yang pernah viral).
