Kami mencari Creative Content Specialist yang kreatif, up-to-date dengan tren digital, dan mampu mengubah ide menjadi konten yang engaging dan berdampak.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengembangkan ide dan konsep konten untuk media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, dan platform lainnya)

• Membuat dan mengeksekusi konten visual & video (short video, reels, TikTok)

• Menyusun caption yang relevan dengan brand voice

• Mengikuti tren dan mengadaptasikannya ke dalam konten brand

• Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dan desain

• Menganalisis performa konten dan memberikan insight improvement

Kualifikasi:

• Pengalaman sebagai Creative Content / Content Creator / Social Media Content

• Paham tren konten digital & algoritma media sosial

• Mampu mengedit video dasar (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, atau sejenisnya)

• Kreatif, komunikatif, dan detail-oriented

• Mampu bekerja dengan deadline

WAJIB:

• Melampirkan link portofolio konten (Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, Behance, atau platform lainnya)

• Aplikasi TANPA link portofolio tidak akan diproses

Nilai Tambah:

• Pernah handle brand / e-commerce

• Terbiasa dengan konten performa (ads & organic)

• Mengerti storytelling dan hook di 3 detik pertama
