Creative Designer (Senior Level)
Tongee Medical Tech is a growing medical technology company specializing in bariatric and gastric bypass solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand communication and digital presence
We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling skills and hands-on experience in social media content creation, video production, and digital campaign execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer
- Strong portfolio in social media design, branding, and digital campaigns
- Able to translate content plans and content briefs into engaging visual concepts and social media feeds
- Experienced in designing creative assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Capable of handling video shooting and editing for Reels, TikTok, and short-form content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Up-to-date with social media trends, visual trends, and audience engagement strategies
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and branding consistency
- Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness, or corporate branding industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative visual materials aligned with company branding and marketing objectives
- Create engaging social media content for feeds, stories, reels, and campaign materials
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support brand communication initiatives
- Handle photo and video shooting for company activities, products, and promotional content
- Edit videos and produce high-quality short-form content for digital platforms
- Ensure consistency and quality across all visual communication materials
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand awareness and audience engagement
