Job description for Creative Designer + Content Creator Intern/Freelance at Skin Dewi

Responsibility :

Membuat desain konten IG feed, IG story, TikTok thumbnail, banners, dan keperluan digital lainnya.
Melakukan photo editing (skin retouch, color grading, product highlight) untuk konten beauty & skincare.
Membuat layout visual sesuai brand guideline Skin Dewi & SNK Labworks.
Menghasilkan desain yang konsisten dan berkualitas tinggi (mengacu pada nilai Quality: detail, standar, ketelitian).
Membuat materi promosi seperti poster, flyer, katalog, dan presentasi marketing.
Membantu visualisasi ide-ide marketing dalam bentuk moodboard, brand style exploration, dan visual references.
Membantu mendesain asset visual untuk campaign bulanan/seasonal.
Mengolah asset menjadi animasi sederhana (motion typography, product motion, reels, transition).
Membuat video pendek engaging untuk kebutuhan social media (nilai tambah).
Membantu pembuatan packaging basic: label, box layout, dieline simple.
Adaptasi packaging untuk brand skincare dengan guideline yang rapi dan clean.
Brainstorm bersama tim marketing, brand, dan R&D.
Mengimplementasikan feedback dengan cepat dan terbuka (selaras nilai Growth & Feedback).
Berkolaborasi lintas fungsi dengan clear communication (sesuai Teamwork & Collaboration).

Requirements :

Menguasai Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, will be plus if menguasai After Effects / Premiere / CapCut untuk motion.
Paham editing foto produk skincare/beauty (skin tone correction, texture, lighting).
Memiliki portfolio brand (wajib; beauty/skincare lebih disukai).
Paham basic layouting, typography, dan color harmony.
Detail-oriented & punya sense visual yang kuat.
Proaktif, bisa mengelola pekerjaan secara mandiri, bertanggung jawab atas hasil.
Teliti, rapih, dan menjaga standar visual brand.
Tepat waktu, terorganisir, dan konsisten dalam kualitas.

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

Pengalaman freelance/agency sebelumnya.
Pengalaman di beauty brand, skincare, atau kosmetik.
Bisa bekerja cepat untuk kebutuhan konten harian/weekly.
