Job Description: We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Design Event Specialist with min 2years experience in Exhibition/EO

to conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing event concepts for corporate, private, and public events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients and the event team to bring creative ideas to life, ensuring that each event reflects the brand's identity and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts for various types of events (corporate, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, etc.).
• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to present design ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee the design and production of event materials, including signage, displays, decorations, and overall event layout.
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of the design.
• Manage the design timeline, budget, and resources effectively to meet event deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in event design and technology to bring fresh ideas to each project.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in creative event design with experience in Exhibition / EO.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
