Job description for Creative Design at Happyfit Indonesia
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop creative assets and communication collaterals for print, digital, social media, websites, and other marketing initiatives in alignment with Happyfit’s brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts, moodboards, and visual references for photoshoots, campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Plan, create, produce, and publish a minimum of YY content pieces per month, covering product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Present design concepts to relevant stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and emerging content formats to create relevant, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
• Maintain flexible working hours when required to support photoshoots, content production, and event coverage outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about social media and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats & organic growth strategies.
• Able to analyze content performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required, including evenings and weekends.
