Creative Design Intern (Videografer)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content. The core focus of this role is post-production (editing, color grading, audio mixing). However, the ideal candidate must also have a strong technical understanding of video camera gear and be available to participate in on-site production/shoots when required.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional Video Editing: Execute all phases of post-production, including cutting, assembly, basic motion graphics integration, precise color grading, and foundational audio mixing, utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Field Production Support: Participate in on-site video shoots as required, ensuring the proper setup, maintenance, and technical operation of camera equipment and supporting gear.
- Creative & Technical Oversight: Maintain high visual and narrative standards, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fresh Graduate / Currently pursuing a degree in Design Communication Visual, Communication, or related field.
- Strong experience in video editing (Portfolio required).
- Proficiency in primary video editing software, color grading, and basic sound design/mixing.
- Strong Technical Gear Knowledge is Mandatory: A solid understanding of camera mechanics (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, frame rate), lenses, gimbals/stabilizers, and basic lighting setups.
- Availability for On-Site Shoots/Fieldwork as part of the production team.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
