Job Description
- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, social media content, websites, presentations, print materials (brochures, flyers, ads), and internal communications
- Ensure all created materials strictly adhere to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in voice, visuals, and quality across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and others teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and efficiency
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, DKV, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in creative design roles
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with motion design programs, including After Effects, is a plus
- Have good illustration design skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling
- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk - North Jakarta
