Transfez - Creative Copywriter for Digital Marketing
Transfez is building a fair financial service for the borderless people. Our mission is to help our customers and communities in which we operate to have easy access to fair financial service, empower them to have control, and eventually improve their financial wellness.
Since our inception nearly one year ago, we have grown rapidly as a key player in the cross-border payment sector in Indonesia. We are regulated by Bank Indonesia in Indonesia, AUSTRAC in Australia and soon in more jurisdictions. We also are backed by some of the biggest investors in the region.
As our customer base has exploded in the last year, we are now expanding our team to match our own growth. We are looking for team players who are passionate about creating solutions for our customers and communities. As part of a small and lean team, you will have a very direct impact on the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan a high-engagement social media copy that reflects our brand's voice
- Assist Copywriting needs for Infographic, Banner Copywriting, and Video Script.
- Creating advertising texts for the entire marketing activities: SEM (Ads copy for GDN, Search, and Social Media Ads), Push Notifications, Email Marketing
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
- Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
Requirements:
- Between 2-4 years overall work experience as a hands-on Writer in the industry (education background could range from Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing & Communication, or any other relevant disciplines. Preferably have working experience at advertising agency/ media/ digital startup.
- Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Including Word, & PowerPoint
- Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
- Plan the copy style in accordance with the target audience with various backgrounds
- Experience working with web or mobile based products and services, and producing copies for digital product and/or content and/or marketing communications.
- Excellent in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
- A deep sense of accountability, adaptability, and embracing ambiguity working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
