Kami mencari orang yang bukan cuma bisa take video & edit, tapi juga bisa membantu menghidupkan branding Eclaire melalui content yang engaging, aesthetic, dan relatable untuk social media.

Responsibilities

Shooting content harian untuk kebutuhan:
Instagram Reels
TikTok
Instagram Story
Campaign & launching collection
Fashion styling content
Behind the scenes office & live streaming
Lifestyle & personal branding content
Edit short form video yang engaging, modern, dan mengikuti trend social media
Membantu brainstorming ide content bersama team marketing
Membuat stock footage/content untuk kebutuhan social media & campaign
Capture momen candid & daily content untuk kebutuhan branding
Mengikuti trend TikTok, Instagram, audio, dan internet culture yang relevan dengan branding Eclaire
Membantu menjaga visual & tone content Eclaire tetap konsisten, feminine, elegant, dan social media friendly
Bekerja sama dengan graphic designer & marketing team untuk kebutuhan creative campaign

Requirements

Minimal pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator
Bisa shooting menggunakan iPhone/kamera dengan hasil yang clean & aesthetic
Menguasai editing short form videO (CapCut / Premiere Pro / software editing lainnya)
Mengerti trend TikTok & Instagram Reels
Punya sense aesthetic yang modern, clean, feminine, dan social media friendly
Mengerti basic storytelling & pacing video yang engaging
Aktif mengikuti trend content, audio, dan internet culture
Cepat, kreatif, detail-oriented, dan bisa bekerja dengan timeline yang fast-paced
