Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic-minded Creative Content Specialist who does more than just "shoot and edit." You are a visual storyteller who understands the 'why' behind the lens. Your role is to bridge the gap between brand strategy and visual execution, ensuring every photo and video produced is rooted in a clear concept, reflects a specific brand personality, and is optimized for the latest digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Strategy & Conceptualization: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative visual concepts. You must be able to propose visual angles and Reason to Believe (RTB) through imagery/video without relying on text or copy.
- High-Impact Content Production: Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality static photos and short-form videos. You must ensure the content feels native to the platform, understanding each platform (IG, TikTok, etc.) has its own unique character.
- Professional Event Documentation: Capture the essence of live events through both photography and videography. You are expected to document key moments and "vibes" with a professional eye, ensuring the output is aligns with the brand’s image.
- Brand Adaptation (Tone & Manner): Expertly adapt the "look & feel" (lighting, color grading, pacing) across different products. You must ensure that each brand maintains its unique visual identity, strictly no "one-size-fits-all" approach.
- Visual Trend Translation: Monitor current viral trends, trending audio, and emerging visual styles. Your role is to strategically filter these trends and apply only what is relevant to the brand’s visual identity.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven portfolio of high-quality visual content (Photography & Videography). Experience or a deep interest in the sports and lifestyle industry is a major plus.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in mobile and/or professional camera operation and post-production editing (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar professional suites).
- Strategic Mindset: Possess strong analytical thinking. Ability to contribute creative ideas and provide constructive input during the planning phase, not just during execution.
- Visual Sensitivity: A sharp eye for composition and a deep understanding of "Tone & Manner." You know how to make a brand look "premium," "energetic," or "organic" through visual choices alone.
- Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of platform-specific technicalities (e.g., safe zones, video hooks, aspect ratios and visual pacing) and also the psychological differences in how audiences consume content on each app, to maximize organic engagement.
- Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage visual assets for multiple projects simultaneously.
