Posisi: Creative Content Marketing & KOL Specialist

Departemen: Marketing

Kami mencari seorang Creative Content Marketing & KOL Specialist yang memiliki taste visual yang tinggi, kreatif, dan up-to-date dengan tren media sosial (khususnya industri skincare/cosmetics). Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam menciptakan strategi konten yang menarik serta membangun hubungan strategis dengan para KOL/Influencer untuk menaikkan brand awareness dan performa pemasaran kami.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Menyusun ide kreatif, storyboard, hingga script konten untuk marketing;
Mengarahkan dan mengawasi proses produksi konten marketing agar output video/foto sesuai dengan identitas brand;
Melakukan riset, kurasi, dan menyaring KOL/Influencer yang paling relevan dengan target audiens perusahaan;
Membangun komunikasi, menjalin hubungan baik, melakukan negosiasi, dan memberikan brief kerja yang jelas kepada KOL;
Memantau, menganalisis, dan menyusun laporan berbasis data terkait performa konten organik maupun efektivitas campaign KOL secara berkala.

Kualifikasi yang Dicari:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan Komunikasi, Pemasaran, atau DKV);
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang Marketing/ Digital Marketing;
Wajib memiliki taste konten & visual yang kuat, serta memahami algoritma terbaru TikTok dan Instagram.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang persuasif (luwes dalam berhubungan dengan pihak eksternal/KOL);
Disiplin, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja sesuai dengan target tenggat waktu (deadline).
