Job description for Creative Content Designer at Pt IDPay Asia Jaya

Role Summary

Bertanggung jawab menghasilkan seluruh visual konten perusahaan mulai dari fotografi produk, videografi, editing video, motion graphic, hingga konten media sosial yang menarik untuk mendukung aktivitas branding dan penjualan.

Key Responsibilities

Melakukan product photography (still life, lifestyle, flat lay).
Mengambil video produk dan konten media sosial.
Membuat video untuk TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, dan platform digital lainnya.
Melakukan editing video menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro atau DaVinci Resolve.
Membuat motion graphic menggunakan Adobe After Effects.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing dan KOL Specialist dalam produksi konten.
Menyiapkan template konten untuk kebutuhan campaign.
Mengelola digital asset (foto, video, template, footage).

Qualifications

Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun sebagai Videographer, Photographer, atau Content Creator.
Menguasai Adobe Premiere Pro.
Menguasai Adobe After Effects.
Menguasai Adobe Photoshop.
Memahami teknik fotografi (lighting, aperture, shutter speed, ISO).
Memahami color grading dasar.
Memiliki portfolio video dan fotografi produk.
Mampu bekerja dengan target produksi konten mingguan.

Nice to Have

Memiliki kamera mirrorless/DSLR beserta lensa.
Pernah membuat konten untuk TikTok Shop atau Shopee.
Menguasai Blender/Spline untuk 3D rendering.
Familiar dengan AI Tools seperti Runway, Midjourney, atau Firefly.
