Creative Content Designer
BOF | Barchi | Spinach
Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
Job Description
- Create visual content for BOF, Barchi, and Spinach, including social media posts, Reels covers, event posters, menus, merchandise, and other digital/print materials.
- Produce around 30 design outputs per month across all brands.
- Maintain each brand’s visual identity and consistency.
- Create/edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Support daily social media operations, including responding to DMs/chats.
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager on briefs, priorities, content calendar, and approvals.
- Ensure all creative materials are delivered on time.
- Organize design source files, assets, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in graphic design, layout, typography, and branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Able to create and edit short-form video content.
- Understands social media trends and digital content formats.
- Able to handle multiple brands and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to attend shooting, events, or content coverage when needed.
- Experienced at Night Life Club or Lounge & Bar are preferred.
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 30 design outputs/month.
- Minimum 1 video content per brand/week.
- Social media DM responses on working days.
- Designs delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Portfolio is required.
