We are looking for a Creative & Social Media Specialist who will work directly under the Head of Creative and be actively involved in content strategy discussions, content pillar development, and daily execution. This role combines creative ideation, on-camera presence, and performance-driven content production.
What You’ll Do
- Ideate and execute consistent Reels and TikTok content
- Act as an on-camera talent and become the face of the brand’s content
- Collaborate with the Founder on content strategy, including content pillars, tone of voice, and content calendar planning
- Monitor trends and quickly adapt content ideas to stay relevant
- Analyze content performance and continuously iterate based on data and insights
Requirements
- Has 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand (not personal accounts)
- Is comfortable and confident on camera, with a video portfolio to showcase
- Has a strong sense of creativity, fun, and branding
- Understands how Instagram and TikTok algorithms work
- Is able to participate in strategic discussions, not just execute tasks
- Can do basic video editing (CapCut or similar tools)
Nice to Have
- Have experience using AI tools in content creation or workflow optimization
- Have experience growing social media accounts from zero
- Understand hooks, pacing, and short-form storytelling
