Job description for Creative and Social Media Lead at Balans Lifestyle Supplement
Responsibilities :
- Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns for social media and content marketing.
- Lead and manage the creative team including copywriters, content creator, social media specialists and designers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and performance teams to support campaign and growth objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and innovations.
- Analyze content and social media performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize strategies based on data.
- Manage content production timelines and ensure all content outputs are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience Content Strategy, Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts, current portfolio to be submitted with your application
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia,
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and content aesthetics.
- Understanding of content performance metrics, engagement, and audience growth.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
