Job description for Creative & Design Intern at TORAJAMELO CAREERS
Role Description:
- Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for various projects.
- Create compelling designs for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website assets, and email campaigns.
- Produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to project discussions.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Research industry trends and stay updated on best practices in design and creative techniques.
- Support the design team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Candidate Qualification and Requirements:
- Passion for social impact and ethical fashion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software, Excel, and presentation tools
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
- "Can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in Hustle Culture
This is an office-based (WFO) internship lasting 5-6 months, with a monthly salary of IDR 500,000.
