Poppy’s Dream is a book publisher focused on creating and publishing books. We’re looking for a Customer Relation E-Commerce Staff to help deliver a smooth and engaging customer experience across our online platforms 👀
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer chats, inquiries, orders across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure order details, payment follow-ups, and shipping information are accurate.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, cancellations, and transaction issues.
- Prepare weekly & monthly e-commerce reports and identify basic customer and sales insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in E-Commerce / Customer Service is preferred.
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
