Requirements:
- Minimum 8th semester student or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication or related field
- Strong interest in service operations, startup community, community management and event coordination
- Friendly, approachable and service-oriented personality
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to handle daily operational tasks and customer inquiries
- Comfortable interacting with members, tenants and visitors
- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
- Able to use Canva for simple operational materials
- Able to use AI tools effectively (good prompting skills) to support documentation and operational work
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Job Description:
- Assist in the daily operations of the coworking space to ensure smooth member experience
- Welcome and assist members, guests and visitors
- Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp and email, including responding to inquiries and providing workspace information
- Support front desk activities including inquiries, bookings and basic administration
- Help manage workspace bookings, meeting rooms and event space reservations
- Assist in community engagement activities and events held at the coworking space
- Coordinate with the team to ensure workspace facilities are well-maintained and organized
- Assist in financial reporting and operational documentation (daily transactions, bookings, etc.)
- Support documentation and operational reporting
- Help monitor member feedback and assist in improving service experience
