The Role
Although the Sales Education Consultant role focuses on sales, he/she needs to have a good appreciation of the education industry and EF products to be able to give a solid academic justification for every piece of advice.
What Exactly Will You Be Doing?
You will be responsible for providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling EF products to help meet their needs.
- Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and get referrals
- Invite and Consult customers on their needs and interest and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation
- Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
- Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center
- Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by a company or when needed
Basic Requirements

- Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & and closing deals

- Good emotion and stress control
- Can-do attitude, emotional intelligence, and passion
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work under pressure during peak periods
Other Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent with a Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Monday to Friday)
- Living around the South Jakarta / Depok area
- To be placed in EF Jagakarsa or Pejaten
