Job description for Courier-Delivery Admin Staff Part Time at TMP Consulting

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver employee’s/client’s assets and documents
Route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure documents/assets are delivered on time
Responsible for high value/confidential asset/documents
Filling out paperworks for completed deliveries
Responsible for administrative activities regarding documents received (eg: scan, input data to template, organize documents)

Qualification

Min. High School graduate or equivalent
Preferably experience working as a Courier
Have a private vehicle and valid driver's license (SIM C)
High integrity, good time management, and detail-oriented
Have knowledge and operation of Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
Multitasking skills, communicative, and fast learner
Available to start immediately
