DevCAFE is recruiting a Country Liaison Officer / Event Coordinator (Consultant) to support delivery of a regional TVET–industry partnership event in Indonesia.
This short-term consultancy role focuses on local coordination, stakeholder engagement, and smooth implementation of a structured multi-stakeholder event connecting TVET institutions and private sector partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as in-country liaison between DevCAFE, host institutions, companies, and vendors
Coordinate logistics (venue, catering, equipment, materials, interpretation if needed)
Support outreach and confirmation of company participation
Assist with structured school–industry matching sessions
Ensure safeguarding, accessibility, and inclusive participation standards
Ensure complete event documentation, including attendance records, vendor compliance documents, photo documentation for reporting, and timely submission of reporting inputs
Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during event implementation
Support post-event follow-up activities
Qualifications
Based in Lampung, Indonesia
Experience in event coordination, programme implementation, or stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with TVET, education, workforce development, or private sector ecosystem preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluency in Vietnamese and working proficiency in English
