Narada School, established in 2005 by Yayasan Buddhis Theravada Indonesia (YBTI), is a registered SPK School that implements both the Cambridge Curriculum and the National Curriculum across all levels. Our mission is to cultivate a balanced foundation of knowledge, skills, and morality rooted in Dhamma values.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology (preferably Educational Psychology / Clinical Child Psychology) or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in counseling or teaching (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about supporting students’ emotional and personal growth
- Creative, empathetic, and innovative in problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling for students
- Support students academic, social, and emotional development
- Develop and implement student guidance programs
- Monitor student well-being and create action plans for student progress
- Conduct assessments and counseling sessions while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organize workshops or programs related to student well-being, character building, and life skills
- Prepare counseling reports and maintain proper documentation
