Job Description:
1. Handle inbound calls and messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other omnichannel platforms.
2. Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and customer updates.
3. Manage and update service booking appointments accurately.
4. Receive, record, and follow up on customer complaints.
5. Coordinate towing schedules for new car delivery and service pick-up requests.
6. Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Requirements:
1. Maximum of 1 year relevant experience in call center or customer service.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related field.
3. Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
4. Able to work with omnichannel systems and basic administrative tasks.
5. Willing to be placed at the Head Office in Tebet (JABODETABEK).
