Job description for Costumer and Community Engagement Coordinator at PT Forte Artha Solusi

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Community Engagement & Store Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, fostering a vibrant community both in-store and online. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate impactful events, and drive engagement through strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

MUST HAVE QUALITIES

  1. Proficiency in English for daily communication.
  2. A social butterfly with excellent interpersonal skills for networking and relationship building.
  3. Strong online and offline presence with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
  4. Proven problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, "willing-to-learn" attitude.
  5. A keen sense of style and a passion for presenting our brand with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and assist store visitors, guests, and event participants with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  2. Proactively handle customer inquiries and facilitate online community engagement.
  3. Maintain the CRM/customer database and prepare detailed performance reports.
  4. Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities and partnerships through customer interactions.
  5. Coordinate and support workshops and community engagement activities (Preferred).
  6. Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and digital campaigns (Preferred).

Success Metrics

  1. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and optimal response times.
  2. Growth in event attendance and active community participation.
  3. Demonstrated growth and retention within the CRM database.
  4. Increased engagement and follower growth across social media channels.
