Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Plant Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Standard Costing, Budgeting, Cost Control, and Financial Analysis.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) calculations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other analytical functions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO/MM), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
