Job description for Cost Control at PT Mahakarya Gaya Anugerah (Ambrosia Privat Club & Lounge)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Control, Inventory Control, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock movement, food & beverage costing, and COGS.
- Experience handling large volumes of inventory and operational data with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiar with POS and inventory management systems.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
- Willing to conduct regular stock opname and support inventory audits when needed.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor daily food & beverage costs and identify any unusual variances.
- Check and reconcile daily inventory, stock movement, and stock balances.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname.
- Review purchase orders, goods receiving, stock transfers, and stock issuance.
- Verify inventory transactions to ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately.
- Prepare daily and monthly cost control and inventory reports.
- Calculate food cost, beverage cost, and COGS based on actual usage.
- Monitor recipe costing and ensure recipes are followed according to company standards.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, overages, and wastage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update costing data regularly.
- Review supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received.
- Perform inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
