Job description for Cost Control Supervisor at PT Solusi Pangan Sehat

Cost Control adalah posisi yang bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan seluruh proses pengendalian biaya bahan baku (food cost / inventory cost) berjalan sesuai standar operasional perusahaan. Posisi ini menjadi jembatan antara outlet dan SCM dalam memastikan akurasi data mutasi barang, portioning, dan stok, sehingga selisih (gap/lost) antara stok sistem dan stok fisik dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin.

Posisi ini krusial dalam menjaga profitabilitas perusahaan melalui pengendalian biaya operasional di level outlet.
