Job description for Cost Control Engineer at Willfar Information
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cost estimation, budgetary planning, and other related tasks for the construction of photovoltaic (PV) power stations in accordance with the company's project construction requirements.
2. Prepare project estimates, target costs, and dynamic cost tracking reports based on construction drawings or bills of quantities.
3. Prepare and review bills of quantities and quotations for engineering project tenders.
4. Review and evaluate bidding prices submitted by bidding units.
5. Assist in and participate in the preparation and review of project contracts.
6. Organize and submit project funding plans, input forecasts, and review payments for construction projects.
7. Verify and audit the pre-settlement and settlement of engineering projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
8. Participate in material and equipment inspections, inquiries, and review of raw material procurement.
9. Be familiar with the budget and final account quotas, estimation tables, and charging standards of the province and city where the project is located. Keep abreast of national and local policy-based price adjustments and fluctuations in engineering material prices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Engineering Cost, or related majors.
2. At least 5 years of experience in project costing or cost management, with priority given to candidates with experience in full-process cost control for PV power stations. Familiarity with the construction of PV power station price databases is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
4. Adhere to principles and possess good professional ethics.
5. Strong stress resistance and ability to plan and organize work.
6. Proficient in various office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, and other relevant tools.
