Job description for Cost and Asset Manager at Azhari Global Management

We are seeking an experienced Cost and Asset Department Head to join our client, a well-established building material manufacturing company. The position will be based in Cikarang.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Industrial Engineering preferred)

At least 5 years of experience in relevant managerial level OR 8 years of general relevant

Experienced in the building material industry

Skills:

Cost Accounting

Management Accounting

Good Presentation Skills

Good Communication Skills

Good Analytical Skills

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate budget planning activities

2. Ensure all reports issued by the Cost & Asset Department is appropriately and accurately presented

3. Monitor various costs, ranging from Cost of Goods Manufactured to Operating Costs of the Company to ensure accordance with the targets.

4. Monitoring stock-taking of all inventory and fixed assets.

5. Making SOPs related to Budgeting, Costing, Capex and Asset management.

6. In-depth analysis of costing to find new ideas for improvement

7. Analysis and validation of cost saving activities carried out by the company.

8. Act as a Finance Partner to all parties involved

9. Assist management in providing data / information for decision making

10. Develop team succession plan in their team by conducting mentoring and coaching
