Job Responsibility:
Cost accounting and analysis
- They are responsible for the daily accounting of the company's production costs, including the collection, distribution and closing of raw materials, labor, and manufacturing expenses, and accurately calculate the unit cost and total cost of the product.
- Regular cost analysis is carried out to compare the differences between actual costs and budgeted costs and standard costs, dissect the reasons for the differences, and form a cost analysis report to provide management with the basis for cost control decisions.
Cost Control and Optimization
- Participates in the formulation of corporate cost control objectives and budgets, and assists departments in the establishment of a system of cost control indicators.
- Tracking the cost consumption in the production process, detecting cost waste in a timely manner, proposing rational cost optimization proposals and promoting implementation.
Cost systems and process management
- To help improve the company's cost accounting systems, processes and methods to ensure the standardization and accuracy of cost accounting.
- It is responsible for the organization, archiving and custody of cost-related documents, books, statements and other information, ensuring the completeness and traceability of cost files.
Cross-sectoral collaboration
- Closely cooperate with the production, procurement, warehousing and other departments to obtain the basic data required for cost accounting in a timely manner, such as production work orders, procurement inventory orders, and lead orders.
- Coordinates with other Finance positions in completing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and tax filing.
Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, financial management, management and other related fields, holding the Indonesian Akuntan Publik certificate is preferred.
- Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in cost accounting for manufacturing enterprises, familiar with production processes and cost accounting systems, preferable for those with experience in Indonesian manufacturing businesses.
- Professional skills: Proficient in cost accounting methods such as standard cost law, operational cost law, etc., and proficient in Indonesian local accounting standards and tax law.
- Familiar with financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and administrative software (such as Excel advanced functions), with digital processing and analysis skills.
- Verbal ability: A good literacy in Indonesian, proficient use of English or Chinese for daily communication and a reader of professional materials is preferred.
- Occupational literacy: He has a good work ethic, is meticulous and conscientious, and has strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
- Can withstand certain work pressures, have strong learning and adaptability, and can keep up with changes in industry and regulations in a timely manner.
