WE’RE HIRING — CORPORATE STRATEGIST

Kami mencari Corporate Strategist yang kuat dalam business thinking, analisis, dan mampu menerjemahkan arahan manajemen menjadi strategi serta action plan yang jelas.

Tanggung Jawab

* Menganalisis bisnis, market, kompetitor, dan peluang pertumbuhan.

* Menerjemahkan arahan CEO/management menjadi strategic plan dan prioritas eksekusi.

* Membuat business case, feasibility study, dan financial projection sederhana untuk project/bisnis baru.

* Mengidentifikasi masalah bisnis dan memberikan rekomendasi yang actionable.

* Menyusun target, milestone, dan framework monitoring performance.

* Berkolaborasi dengan GM dan berbagai divisi untuk memastikan strategi berjalan sampai tahap eksekusi.

* Menyiapkan strategic report dan management presentation untuk kebutuhan pengambilan keputusan.

Kualifikasi

* Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun di Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Development, atau posisi sejenis.

* Memiliki kemampuan analytical & structured thinking yang kuat.

* Memahami dasar P&L, budgeting, business model, dan unit economics.

* Mampu mengolah data menjadi insight dan keputusan bisnis.

* Mahir membuat strategic presentation / business deck.

* Memiliki ownership tinggi dan tidak hanya berhenti di tahap analisis.

* Nyaman bekerja di lingkungan bisnis yang cepat berubah dan menangani beberapa project sekaligus.
