Job description for Corporate Secretary at CV Mitra Karya Abadi (Genny Shoes)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in all major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Corporate Governance. or Pesonal Assistant.
- Good understanding of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), corporate regulations, and corporate administration.
- Experienced in preparing board meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, resolutions, and General Meeting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Able to coordinate effectively with directors and other stakeholders.
Working Hours : Senin - Sabtu
Note: The company operates in the retail fashion footwear industry.
