- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable State University in Indonesia (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri) or STARKI Tarakanita.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary
- Experience working in companies with backgrounds State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Public Listed Companies (Tbk), Foreign Investment Companies (PMA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and manage confidential information professionally.
- Active English communication skills are mandatory (spoken and written).
- Able to conduct meetings, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders in English.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with corporate licensing, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating with regulators, investors, and external auditors.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate reporting systems
Job Description :
- Manage and coordinate all Corporate Secretary activities in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate governance principles.
- Ensure company compliance with OJK, IDX, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and organize Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Shareholders meetings, including meeting materials, minutes of meeting, and follow-up actions.
- Handle Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS/RUPS) and Extraordinary General Meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with regulators, shareholders, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare corporate reports, disclosures, and official company documentation.
- Monitor updates on regulations and ensure company policies remain compliant.
- Support implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices within the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal, compliance, and corporate matters.
- Manage confidential corporate information and ensure proper documentation control.
