Job Descriptions:
- Project Coordination and collaboration
- extension of CEO in monitoring and following up key initiatives across departments
- Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely execution
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and dashboards for CEO
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively follow up to ensure closure
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities
- Assist in internal coordination for high-priority or urgent matters
- Board & Corporate Governance
- Organize and coordinate BOD meetings
- Prepare presentation materials and summaries for management and board
- Maintain proper documentation of board decisions and corporate records
- Ensure follow-up on action items from BOD meetings
- Corporate Secretary & Compliance
- Maintain company legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
- Support CEO in strategic planning and execution
- Help improve internal processes and reporting structure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in Corporate Secretary, Legal, or similar role
- Experience handling BOD meetings and corporate documentation
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus
- Strong project coordination & follow-up skills
- Good understanding of corporate governance & compliance
- Strong organizational and documentation ability
- Able to communicate effectively with CEO and senior management
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
