Job Description:
As a Corporate Sales Manager in the travel industry, you will be responsible for developing the corporate market, building strategic relationships with business clients, and ensuring revenue growth through business travel services
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute sales strategies for corporate clients.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities (new leads and existing accounts).
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client companies.
4. Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure service quality meets corporate client needs.
5. Monitor industry trends and client needs for continuous product development.
6. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline status, and forecasts for management.
7. Lead and develop the corporate sales team (if applicable).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in tourism, business, marketing, or a related field).
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales within the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding of corporate travel products including flights, hotels, visa services, MICE, and incentive packages.
4. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Professional presentation and proposal development abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
4. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversationally proficient in English (both written and spoken).
