Mencari dan menghubungi calon klien baru (prospecting & hunting) B2B
Menjadwalkan meeting dan melakukan presentasi produk/layanan
Menggali kebutuhan klien dan menawarkan solusi yang sesuai
Mengelola pipeline penjualan dari awal hingga closing
Melakukan negosiasi harga dan kontrak dengan klien
Menjaga hubungan dengan klien untuk repeat order / upselling
Bekerja sama dengan tim internal (operasional/produk) untuk memastikan kebutuhan klien terpenuhi
Membuat laporan aktivitas dan pencapaian penjualan secara berkala
