KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and government clients, including ministries and institutions.
• Identify and acquire new potential clients through direct approach, networking, and business development.
• Understand client travel requirements and provide tailored travel solutions based on business needs.
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups from initial approach through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of travel services according to client requirements.
• Conduct market and do analysis to identify new potential.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1), preferably in Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate travel, government sales, or related industries.
• Experience handling corporate clients and/or government ministries/institutions is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire and develop new clients/accounts.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel and business-to-business sales processes.
• Experience with tender, procurement, quotation, or government purchasing processes is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
