Job Description :
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event inquiries, through cold calling, networking, and research to expand the property’s client base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and industry partners, serving as the main point of contact and addressing client needs and inquiries effectively.
- Promote facilities and services to drive bookings and revenue
- Collaborate with the management team to develop targeted promotions for different market segments.
Job Requirment :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a similar area
- 5 years of experience in Sales, ideally within the Hospitality and Property sector
- Experienced in managing Online Travel Agents (Traveloka, Agoda, etc) and has extensive media
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in establishing and nurturing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and performance
- Work Location in Anyer - Banten
