Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for reviewing and providing legal advice recommendations for the preparation of cooperation agreements, as well as submitting legal opinions/legal advice related to the formulation of cooperation agreements to support the company's operational activities to run well and smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's in law.
- Knew basic legal (litigation and non-litigation), preferred from multi-finance corporate.
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Able to handle legal drafting and opinion on corporate issues.
- Willing to be placed at Sunter, North Jakarta (Head Office).
