PT. Geo Tekno Globalindo (Geotrack) is an IoT Telecommunication company in Indonesia – with focus on the Maritime, Oil & Gas, and mining sectors. Currently Geo Tekno offers various solutions such as: Vessel Monitoring, Fuel Monitoring, RPM & Engine Hour Monitoring, Container Monitoring, Port Monitoring, and more.
Currently, our company holding has over 50+ members in tech sectors as of 2025, and ~400 members in marine sectors including field operators and vessel managements.
OPEN RECRUITMENT: Corporate Legal Executive
As an Corporate Legal Executive, your duty is provide legal advice that complies with regulatory laws, keeping in mind the ethos of the company. You also ensures that the company avoids all kinds of legal risks and violations with the right corporate law services especially in Commercial Division ; and continually learn the dynamic changing laws and regulations of the corporate law on a national and international scale.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
2. Min. 2 - 5 years have a proven experience in Legal field; such as Legal Officer, Legal Consultant, or similar position.
3. Intermediate English skill level: verbal & written.
3. Comprehensive understanding of corporate law.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Placement : Head Office Kelapa Gading.
