Corporate Finance Manager

What will you do :

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.

• Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

• Lead the company’s tax planning and compliance, optimizing tax liabilities and ensuring timely tax filings.

• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age 45 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Having 10 years of working experience & Minimum 5 years in the same position, Having work in Bank/Private Equity/Public Accounting Firm.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Experience in project management and strategic planning is highly desirable

• Good communication in English, both spoken and written

• Excelent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Have good presentation skills

• Placement at the South Jakarta Head Office (Prime Natuna Inc)
