Job description for Copywriter at SPIRAL SFS Group Indonesia

We’re looking for a Copywriter who loves coming up with ideas before writing a single word. You’ll be the person behind the words we use to grab attention, build our brand, and help our sales team close deals.

What you’ll do

1. Develop copy ideas and angles for ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), with multiple variations for A/B testing

2. Build and maintain our brand tone of voice across all channels

3. Write chat scripts for the sales/CS team: opening, handling objections, follow-up, and closing

4. Write product copy: descriptions, USPs, sales pages, and promo materials

5. Research audiences, competitors, and customer feedback to find strong insights

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years or more of experience as a copywriter

- Sharp, natural writing in Bahasa Indonesia; functional English

- Understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS) and sales funnels

- Open to feedback and comfortable working with deadlines

Nice to have

- Experience writing sales scripts or chat copy

- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, CVR)

- Startup or D2C experience
