Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to develop compelling content that communicates our brand story, engages audiences, and drives business growth. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, understands digital marketing, and can adapt their writing style across multiple brands and platforms
Key Responsibilities :
Create engaging copy for social media, digital advertisements, websites, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Develop captions, headlines, taglines, and campaign messaging that align with each brand's identity.
Write product descriptions, menu descriptions, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Content Creators, and the Marketing team to produce integrated campaigns.
Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communication channels.
Conduct basic research to create accurate and relevant content.
Proofread and edit content before publication.
Optimize content based on SEO best practices where applicable.
Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
Monitor content performance and continuously improve messaging based on audience insights.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or similar role.
Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Good written English is an advantage.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
